Business decisions
A clearer direction.
We look at goals, decision-making, resource constraints and the information available to the practice owner.
PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT · BUSINESS CONSULTING
A medical vocation and running a private practice require different skills. We examine the operation of your practice, uncover opportunities for improvement and prepare a practical plan for the decisions ahead.
Our perspective
Appointment availability, communication, day-to-day organisation and business decisions can affect how a practice operates. We examine the connections before recommending changes.
A patient is not a lead. A person comes first. Operational clarity and respectful patient care should support each other.
Sometimes the right recommendation is to preserve what already works.
Areas we examine
Each practice is different. Our recommendations follow the evidence, not a predetermined list of services.
We look at goals, decision-making, resource constraints and the information available to the practice owner.
Appointment availability, cancellations, organisation and administrative workload — examined in the context of your real capacity.
We review how people find, contact and navigate your practice, from their first questions through the next steps after a visit.
We assess whether your professional expertise and the information available to patients tell a coherent, accurate story.
The 90-day practice review
A clear, three-month advisory process built around your practice’s circumstances.
The first two months focus on understanding and verifying how the practice works. The final month produces a prioritised, actionable development plan. Implementation can follow under a separate agreement.
An initial management overview and a map of the practice’s operations.
In-depth review, verified findings and ranked improvement opportunities.
A practical roadmap with priorities, dependencies and estimated resources.
You decide which improvements to implement. Delivery is agreed separately.
Our focus
We work with private practices and healthcare providers throughout Hungary. We tailor our advice to each practice’s operations, goals and individual needs.
Clinical respect, discretion and well-founded recommendations.
Professional references
Selected professional relationships and earlier digital projects. These are not presented as results of the 90-day review programme.
We bring that principle to our working relationships.
A selection of our references.
Professional claims remain subject to the practice’s review and approval.
Professional accuracy is a shared responsibility.Discuss your practice
You do not need to arrive with a ready-made solution. Tell us what you want to understand or improve; we will discuss whether a detailed practice review would be useful.
What we can explore together:
The review scope and outputs are agreed in writing. We do not guarantee patient numbers or revenue growth.
Please briefly introduce your practice and your main business question. Do not send patient information.
Tell us a little about your practice and where you need support. We will discuss the details of your proposal by email.
